Kazuyo Sejima becomes first woman and first person from an Asian country to direct Venice Biennale for architecture

Japan’s architect wonder-woman, 53-year-old Kazuyo Sejima of the office SANAA, has distinguished herself again, this time being selected to direct the 12th Venice Biennale for architecture, to be held between 29th August and 21st November, next year. 19th Annual Tokyo International Lesbian & Gay Film Festival

Submissions are called for the 19th Annual Tokyo International Lesbian & Gay Film Festival, which will be held in Tokyo in July, 2010. The 18th event, held in July this year, attracted 8,000 viewers to 32 films.
